"Our driver Chris was very friendly and helpful. He phoned to ask how we were getting on through passport control/baggage reclaim and was waiting for us in arrivals. The minibus was as requested and clean. Chris was excellent loading our luggage and even providing us with water. The journey was excellent with no problems and nice smooth driving. Perfect service received from this side of the operation. I did try to contact you prior to my departure on holiday and failed on all numbers and emails. Consequently I spent all my holiday wondering if you were going to turn up. "
